3. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL TO AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT TO PROVIDE FAIR HOUSING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Award a One (1) year professional service agreement (PSA) to provide fair\nhousing services to the sole responsive and responsible proposer, Fair Housing\nFoundation for a not-to-exceed amount of $20,000; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the PSA.
