Award a contract to New Millennium\nConstruction Services, Inc., Chino Hills, CA in the amount of $538,985.55 for the restoration of\ncity park restrooms.\nStaff Report By: Keith Martinez, Assistant Public Works Services Manager\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Appropriate $496,782.55 to the program 3607220, with a\ncorresponding year end General Fund transfer to Fund 360; 2) award a contract in the amount\nof $538,985.55 to New Millennium Construction Services, Inc., Chino Hills, CA, for the\nrestoration of City park restrooms; 3) authorize $107,797 for extraordinary work, for a total\ncontract amount not-to-exceed $646,782.55; and 4) authorize the City Manager to execute the\nnecessary documents on behalf of the City.
