5. Waive Council Policy 4.0 and approve an Agreement with Peregrine Technologies, Inc., in\nsubstantial form, in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000, for an investigative analytical support\nsystem for use by the Anaheim Police Department for a one year period with four optional one-\nyear renewal periods; authorize minimal changes that do not substantially modify the terms and\nconditions of the Agreement, provided the changes are determined to be de minimis by the City\nAttorney’s Office; and authorize the Chief of Police to execute the Agreement, exercise any\nrenewal options, and take the necessary actions to implement and administer the agreement.
