10. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN ENGINEERING FOR\nDESIGN SERVICES FOR THE ORANGETHORPE AVENUE REHABILITATION\nPROJECT\nPresented by Cesar Ortiz, P.E., Associate Engineer\nPurpose: Authorize the Public Works Department to hire a consultant to provide design\nservices for the Orangethorpe Avenue Rehabilitation Project. Associated costs for\nproject design will be funded by the Project budget (Account No. 24-9806-590181),\nwhich utilizes a combination of Measure M2 and Gas Tax funds.\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Willdan\nEngineering in the amount of $94,520 for design services for the Orangethorpe Avenue\nRehabilitation Project; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any\nnecessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager\nand City Clerk to execute the agreement.
