10.5 Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinances for Fiscal Year 2023/2024 Annual Levy\nfor Community Facilities Districts\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Adopt an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2012­103 and levying special\ntaxes to be collected during Fiscal Year (FY) 2023/2024 to pay the annual costs\nof the maintenance and servicing of streetlights, parks, parkways, streets,\nroads, and open space, the operation and maintenance of storm drainage\nsystems, a reserve fund for capital replacement, and administrative expenses\nwith respect to City of Menifee Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2012­1\n(Audie Murphy Ranch); and\n2. Adopt an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2012­108 and levying special\ntaxes to be collected during FY 2023/2024 to pay the annual costs of the\nmaintenance and servicing of streetlights, parks, parkways, streets, roads, and\nopen space, the operation and maintenance of storm drainage systems, a\nMenifee Mayor and City Council July 19, 2023\nreserve fund for capital replacement, and administrative expenses with respect\nto City of Menifee CFD No. 2012­2 (Hidden Hills); and\n3. Adopt an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2014­153 and levying special\ntaxes to be collected during FY 2023/2024 to pay the annual costs of the\ntaxes to be collected during Fiscal Year (FY) 2023/2024 to pay the annual costs\nof the maintenance and servicing of streetlights, parks, parkways, streets,\nroads, and open space, the operation and maintenance of storm drainage\nsystems, a reserve fund for capital replacement, and administrative expenses\nwith respect to City of Menifee Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2012­1\n(Audie Murphy Ranch); and\n2. Adopt an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2014­154 and levying special\ntaxes to be collected during FY 2023/2024 to pay the annual costs of the\nmaintenance and servicing of streetlights, parks, parkways, streets, roads, and\nopen space, the operation and maintenance of storm drainage systems, a\nreserve fund for capital replacement, and administrative expenses with respect\nto City of Menifee CFD No. 2014­2 (Commerce Pointe); and\n5. Adopt an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2015­173 and levying special\ntaxes to be collected during FY 2023/2024 to pay the annual costs of the\nmaintenance and servicing of streetlights, parks, parkways, streets, roads, and\nopen space, the operation and maintenance of storm drainage systems, a\nreserve fund for capital replacement, and administrative expenses with respect\nto City of Menifee CFD No. 2015­2 (Maintenance Services); and\n6. Adopt an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2017­231 and levying special\ntaxes to be collected during FY 2023/2024 to pay the annual costs of the\nmaintenance and servicing of landscaping, lighting, water quality\nimprovements, graffiti, streets, street sweeping, parks and trail maintenance, a\nreserve fund for capital replacement, and administrative expenses with respect\nto City of Menifee CFD No. 2017­1 (Maintenance Services).
