5. JOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE\nCITY OF BUENA PARK FOR THE KNOTT AVENUE REHABILITATION FROM BALL\nROAD TO ORANGE AVENUE PROJECT\nPurpose: Authorize the Public Works Department to enter into an agreement with the\nCity of Anaheim for the Knott Avenue Rehabilitation from Ball Road to Orange Avenue\nProject. The City’s proportionate share is estimated to be $62,727, and will be funded\nfrom the undesignated Gas Tax Fund balance.\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve an agreement with the City of Anaheim for the Knott\nAvenue Rehabilitation from Ball Road to Orange Avenue Project; 2) Authorize the City\nManager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the\nagreement; 3) Authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute the agreement;\nand, 4) Appropriate funds in the amount of $62,727 from the undesignated Gas Tax\nFund balance for this purpose.
