Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 13 to the\nContract Services Agreement with Adame Landscape, Inc. for routine\nlandscape maintenance services in the amount of $1,279,272.31 for a revised\ntotal not­to­exceed aggregate sum of $5,162,398.08; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute agreement amendments for the\nremainder of Fiscal Year 2023/2024, at the City’s discretion, and contingency\non availability of the corresponding budget.
