Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4 to the\nMaster Services and Purchasing Agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. in an\namount not­to­exceed $5,478.30 for Axon devices and services for Fiscal Years\n2023/2024 and 2024/2025; and\n2. Exempt the purchase above from the competitive bidding as the purchase will\nbe made under the Cooperative Purchasing Agreement (“Piggyback”) with\nNPPGov (Contract# PS20270); and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the required documents and the Finance\nDepartment to issue a corresponding Purchase Order for the purchase(s), and\ncontract(s) and/or amendments.
