DD. APPROVE AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT FOR THE OPERATION OF THE\nPALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve the Amended and Restated Agreement for the Operation of the Palm\nSprings Film Festival, extending the agreement to June 30, 2028.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement and take any and all actions\nnecessary to effectuate the Agreement.
