EE. APPROVE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 23S140 WITH THE PALM\nSPRINGS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE PALM\nSPRINGS WALK OF STARS PROGRAM\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Contract Services Agreement No. 23S140 with Palm Springs Chamber of\nCommerce to provide Administration of the Palm Springs Walk of Stars Program for\nan amount not to exceed $623,700 beginning July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2028,\nwith two one-year extension options upon mutual agreement.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
