AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF NETWORK\nSWITCHES, FIREWALLS, AND CORE NETWORK EQUIPMENT (FUNDING SOURCE:\nAMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a 36-month agreement with\nNetsync Network Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $190,009.66 for the\npurchase of equipment, installation, licensing and support related to City\nnetwork upgrades; and\nB.
