STRATEGIC PLAN UPDATE – F2M23-35\nThe 2023 Strategic Plan contains six Goals, defined: Goal 1: Enhance Public Safety; Goal\n2: Improve Infrastructure and Mobility; Goal 3: Create a Strong Financial Base and Strong\nEconomic Base (Economic Development); Goal 4: Enhance Transparency and Open\nGovernance; Goal 5: Promote Sustainability; and, Goal 6: Improve Housing Opportunities.\nStaff is now and will continue to present quarterly updates to the Council and will diligently\nwork through Strategic Plan goals and individual items to enable important progress.\nRecommended Action: City Council receive and file the Alhambra Strategic Plan\nupdate.\n8\n7-24-23
