SUBJECT: FIRST EXTENSION AND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PROPS AV\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council award and authorize the City Manager or\nhis designee to administer the terms of the First Extension and Second Amendment to the\nProfessional Services Agreement for FY24 with Props AV in the not to exceed amount of\n$400,000 to provide production services at the Yucaipa Performing Arts Center for rental\nclients and City events, and at various City special events.
