17. SUBJECT: SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT APPLICATION – FARMERS MARKET\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1. Approve a Special Event Permit Application submitted by Countyline Community/\nCountyline Farmers Market to conduct a Farmers Market on Thursday evenings and\nSaturdays from August 2023 to August 2024; and\n2. Approve the Applicant’s request for the City to co-sponsor the Farmers Market; and\n3. Approve a Beer and Wine Garden at the Farmers Market.
