FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE 22-23 ANNUAL SLURRY SEAL PROJECT\nPurpose: Authorize the Public Works Department to issue final payment and file a Notice\nof Completion for the 22-23 Annual Slurry Seal Project. This project is funded by the\nRoad Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) (Account No. 24-9806-590010).\nRecommended Action: 1) Accept project as complete and approve final payment to\nPavement Coatings, Co., in the amount of $221,543.15; and, 2) Authorize the Public\nWorks Department to file a Notice of Completion.
