12. AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH COMPLETE PAPERLESS\nSOLUTIONS, INC. FOR LASERFICHE SOFTWARE AND SUPPORT (FUNDING SOURCE:\nGENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a one-year agreement with\nComplete Paperless Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $41,162 for Laserfiche\nCloud subscription and support; and\nB. Appropriate $16,009 from the unassigned General Fund balance to fully\nfund the agreement.
