ADOPTION OF STANTON LOCAL HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN\nAtlas Planning Solutions, the City’s consultant for the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan\n(LHMP), will provide a review of the final LHMP, which has been reviewed and\napproved by the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) and the\nFederal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare that this item is not subject to the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3); and\n2. Receive and file the presentation; and\n3. Approve Resolution No. 2023-03, entitled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STANTON,\nCALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CITY’S LOCAL\nHAZARD MITIGATION PLAN”.
