Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2022-55-CC Master Cooperative Agreement\nfor the Design, Construction and Operation and Maintenance of a Portion of the WSAB Project\nwith the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority;\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2022-55-CC Master\nCooperative Agreement for the Design, Construction and Operation and Maintenance of a\nPortion of the WSAB Project in a form approved by the City Attorney; and\nc.
