Receiving and filing a Cooperative Implementation Agreement with the California\nDepartment of Transportation administratively approved by the City Manager under the authority\ngranted by Resolution No. 2023-32-CC, to receive up $5,000,000 in grant funds for the\nconstruction of the Urban Orchard, City Project No. 539-PRK; and\nb. Appropriating $5,000,000 in grant funds to the Urban Orchard, City Project No. 539-PRK.
