Award of Contract for Construction of the Traffic Signal Modifications Project at Arrow\nHighway and Vincent Avenue; P-980\nDepartment: Engineering\nRecommendation: (1) Adopt Resolution No. 2023-62-3440; (2) authorize the City\nManager to enter into an agreement with MSL Electric Inc, in the amount of $90,000.00\nfor the Traffic Signal Modifications Project at Arrow Highway and Vincent Avenue, subject\nto City Attorney approval as to form; and (3) approve a 20% project contingency in the\namount of $18,000.00 to cover any unforeseeable conditions that may arise during\nconstruction.
