12. County of Orange Stormwater Management Program Shared Costs Budget for FY\n2023/24\nRecommendation that the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Approve the County of Orange’s shared cost budget for the National Pollutant\nDischarge Elimination System (NPDES) stormwater quality permit compliance\nprogram;\nAugust 1, 2023\nPage 4\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute payment upon invoice receipt\nnot to exceed $27,000; and\n3. Authorize the Mayor to sign and transmit the attached letter supporting the County\nof Orange’s Stormwater Management Program FY 2023/24 budget.
