5. Reallocation of Capital Project American Rescue Plan Act Fund Savings\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\nApprove the following FY 2023-2023 budget adjustment:\n1. Transfer $53,716 from project savings from completed capital projects\nfunded by the American Rescue Plan Act to the Marina Hills Drive – Niguel\nRoad to Golden Lantern Project.\n2. Transfer 146,284 in American Rescue Plan Act funds from the Residential\nAnnual Resurfacing Program (Zones 3 & 4) to the Marina Hills Drive –\nNiguel Road to Golden Lantern Project.
