13. SOUTH ACACIA AVENUE AND EAST VALENCIA DRIVE STORM DRAIN REPAIR\nPROJECT CONTRACT AWARD\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve plans and specifications for Project 52022 South Acacia Avenue and East\nValencia Drive Storm Drain Repair Project.\n2. Approve $395,000 budget transfer and appropriation of Drainage Capital Outlay funds\n(Fund 36) from Project 52591 Annual Storm Drain Repair to Project 52022 South\nAcacia Avenue and East Valencia Drive Storm Drain Repair in the Capital\nImprovement Program Fund (Fund 74).\n3. Award $328,675 construction contract for the South Acacia Avenue and East Valencia\nDrive Storm Drain Repair Project to Bonadiman Water Inc. and authorize City\nManager, or designee, to execute the contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n4. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve any future change orders for\nconstruction and professional engineering construction support services within the\napproved project budget.
