14. SIDEWALK MANAGEMENT PROGRAM CONTRACT AWARD\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve $143,000 budget transfer and appropriation from Project 44400 Arterial\nStreet Program (Fund 74) to Project 44796 Sidewalk Management Program (Fund\n74).\n2. Award $119,125 contract to Bucknam Infrastructure Group, Inc. for Citywide Sidewalk\nCondition Assessment and authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute the\ncontract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n3. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve any future change orders for\nassessment services within the approved project budget.
