HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT REVISIONS (MILLS ACT\nCONTRACT) BETWEEN CITY OF FULLERTON AND HISTORIC PROPERTY AT\n330 WEST WHITING AVENUE OWNER\nConsideration of proposed revisions to Historic Property Preservation Agreement (Mills\nAct Contract) for property located at 330 West Whiting Avenue for historic property\npreservation, rehabilitation and maintenance.\nRecommendation:\n1. Authorize City Manager to execute proposed revisions to the Historic Property\nPreservation Agreement for the property located at 330 West Whiting Avenue.\nAugust 1, 2023 - Page 9\n2.
