Item No. 21. 2023-0517 CONSIDER AMENDMEN T NO. 3 TO THE\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RKA\nCONSULTING GROUP INC., FOR PROJECT NO.675 -\nSEPULVEDA BOULEVARD WIDENING FROM\nALAMEDA STREET TO THE EAST CITY LIMIT IN THE\nAMOUNT OF $221,195.00. (CITY COUNCIL).\nRecommendation: 1. APPROVE the Third Amendment to the Professional Services\nAgreement with RKA consulting Group Inc. to reflect an increase in\nthe scope of work and increase in compensation in the amount of\n$221,195.00, resulting in a total contract sum of not-to-exceed\n$877,438.00.\n2. AUTHORIZE a 10% design contingency in the amount of\n$22,119.50 to cover any additional design and consultation cost\nnecessary associated with unforeseen conditions of the project\nduring the construction phase.\n3.
