23. 23-0716 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all\ndocuments necessary to amend Munis Contract No. 32300036 with Smart\n& Final Stores, LLC, for the purchase of grocery items, by increasing the\noriginal contract amount of $100,000 by $250,000, and adding an\nadditional 20 percent contingency in the amount of $70,000, for a revised\ntotal contract amount not to exceed $420,000; and\nAdopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to execute a\ncontract, and any necessary documents including any necessary\nsubsequent amendments, with Smart & Final Stores, LLC, of Commerce,\nCalifornia, for the purchase of grocery items, in an annual amount of\n$350,000, with an additional 20 percent contingency in the amount of\n$70,000, not to exceed a total contract amount of $420,000, for a period of\ntwo years, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods,\nat the discretion of the City Manager.
