Formal Acceptance of Southern California Gas Company’s Application for Franchise,\nEnactment of the Resolution of Intention to Grant a Gas Franchise, and Approval of\nLicense Agreement (All Wards) p. 401\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California\ntake the following actions:\n1. Formally accept application for a gas franchise from South California Gas\nCompany; and\n2. Enact Resolution 2023­121 of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San\nBernardino, California, which recites the terms under which the City intends to grant\nthe franchise and directs the City Clerk to publish the Notice within 15 days after the\npassage of this Resolution.\n3.
