6. AGREEMENT - AWARD OF CONTRACT TO CONVERGINT TECHNOLOGIES FOR\nPURCHASING, INSTALLING, AND CONFIGURING POST-INCIDENT VIDEO\nANALYTICS SOFTWARE\nThat the City Council:\na. Award Request for Proposals 23-058RH for the Post-Incident Video Analytics to\nConvergint Technologies of Placentia, CA, and waive all minor irregularities in\nthe bidding document as submitted by the said bidder.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the contract with\nConvergint Technologies of Placentia, CA, for $216,228 as agreed to in Request\nfor Proposals 23-058RH.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue a purchase order, with\nminor changes in the term and conditions, to Convergint Technologies for\n$216,228 for the Post-Incident Video Analytics software for Fiscal Year 2024 and\nissue purchase orders not to exceed $25,000 per year for two additional years\nfor the maintenance and support of the video analytics software through June\n30, 2026.\nd. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to negotiate and execute\nnon-substantive extensions, amendments, and change orders up to 10% or\n$21,622 of the original contract amount as provided by Corona Municipal Code\nSection 3.08.070(I).
