7. AGREEMENT - FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH BIGGS CARDOSA ASSOCIATES, INC. AND SECOND AMENDMENT\nTO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MARK THOMAS AND\nCOMPANY, INC. FOR THE MCKINLEY STREET GRADE SEPARATION PROJECT, NO.\nST-2012-01\nThat the City Council:\na. Approve the Fourth Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with\nBiggs Cardosa Associates, Inc., to increase the total compensation by\n$1,449,881, and extend the contract term through December 31, 2024.\nAgenda\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Fourth Amendment\nto the Professional Services Agreement with Biggs Cardosa Associates for a total\ncontract amount of $13,473,719.04 and extend the contract term through\nDecember 31, 2024.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue Change Order No. 4 to\nPurchase Order P20962 to Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc., in the amount of\n$1,449,881.\nd. Approve the Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with\nMark Thomas and Company, Inc., allowing increased hourly rates for the\nduration of the contract term, increase the total compensation by $327,780, and\nextend the contract term through June 30, 2025.\ne. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Second Amendment\nto the Professional Services Agreement with Mark Thomas and Company, Inc,\nallowing increased hourly rates for the duration of the contract term, for a total\ncontract amount of $3,658,285 and extend the contract term through June 30,\n2025.\nf. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue Change Order No. 2 to\nPurchase Order P21407 to Mark Thomas and Company, Inc., in the amount of\n$327,780.\ng. Authorize a one-time appropriation in the amount of $5,001,956 from the\nInfrastructure Investments Reserve within Measure X Fund 120 to the McKinley\nStreet Grade Separation Project, No. ST-2012-01.
