Award of Construction Contract and Approve Notice of Exemption – VMUS Gas\nReplacement Phase - IV\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Open and conduct a Public Hearing;\n(2) Close the Public Hearing;\n(3) Approve the Notice of Exemption; and\n(4) Award a construction contract to A.M. Ortega Construction, Inc., in the amount of\n$298,446.09 for VMUS Gas Replacement - Phase IV.\nCONSENT CALENDAR
