3. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TSG ENTERPRISES, INC. DBA\nTHE SOLIS GROUP FOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE COMMUNITY WORKFORCE\nAGREEMENT (CWA)\nPurpose: Authorize the Public Works Department to execute an agreement for a\nconsultant to administer the City’s CWA. Associated costs in an amount not-to-exceed\n$80,000 are included in each qualifying Capital Improvements Project budget for the\nadopted 2023-24 budget.\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with TSG\nEnterprises, Inc. dba The Solis Group, in the amount of $80,000 to administer the City’s\nCommunity Workforce Agreement (CWA); 2) Authorize the City Manager and City\nAttorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and,\n3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
