Finance -Approve Fiscal Year 2023-24 Operating Budget Program Modifications.\nExpenditure: $34,667 (General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Finance Director that City Council:\n1) Approve a job classification title revision from Policy and Resources Specialist to Budget\nSupervisor in the Finance Department's fiscal year 2023-24 operating budget; and\n2) Approve a job classification title revision from Fire Prevention Manager to Fire\nPrevention Manager/Fire Marshal in the Fire Department's fiscal year 2023-24\noperating budget; and\n3) Approve the conversion of 1.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) Staff Assistant to 1.0 FTE\nSenior Business Manager in the City Manager's fiscal year 2023-24 operating budget.
