APPROVE CITY RESPONSES TO TWO 2022-2023 ORANGE COUNTY GRAND\nJURY REPORTS ENTITLED 'HISTORIC RAIN, YET DROUGHT REMAINS' AND\n'WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD ARE CITIES RESPONSIBLY MANAGING\nTHE INTEGRATION OF GROUP HOMES?'\nPurpose: Approve the City's responses to findings and recommendations posed by the\nOrange County Grand Jury related to the California drought and group homes, and\nauthorize the City Manager to submit the responses. There is no budget impact\nassociated with this item.\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve the responses to the 2022-2023 Orange County\nGrand Jury reports related to the California drought and group homes; and,\n2) Authorize the City Manager to submit the City's responses to Presiding Judge of the\nSuperior Maria D. Hernandez by the response deadline.
