Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the City Manager that City Council:\n1) Adopt a RESOLUTION amending Resolution No. 2023-12 setting forth changes\nregarding the hours, wages, and working conditions for Executive and Management\nEmployees relating to the Fire Prevention Manager/Fire Marshal job classification; and\n2) Adopt a RESOLUTION amending Resolution No 2019-84 setting forth changes\nregarding the hours, wages, and working conditions for Fire Safety Management\nrelating to the Hazardous Material - First Responder Premium.
