9D. CONSIDERATION OF EXTENSION OF THE EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATION\nAGREEMENT WITH BRANDYWINE ACQUISITIONS GROUP, C&C DEVELOPMENT\nCOMPANY, AND NATIONAL COMMUNITY RENAISSANCE OF CALIFORNIA\nREGARDING THE POTENTIAL REDEVELOPMENT OF THE TINA-PACIFIC\nNEIGHBORHOOD\nThe City Council and Housing Authority will consider extending the Exclusive\nNegotiation Agreement (ENA) with Brandywine Acquisitions Group, C&C Development\nCompany, and National Community Renaissance of California for the potential\nredevelopment of the Tina Pacific neighborhood for an additional 12 months to allow for\nadditional time to negotiate a disposition and development agreement and any other\nnecessary agreements.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council and Housing Authority find that this item is not subject to California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections\n15378(b)(5)(Organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not\nresult in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment); and\n2. Approve extension of the ENA and authorize the City Manager/Executive Director to\nexecute the Second Amendment to the ENA.\nAugust 8, 2023
