Approving a Purchase Order with Carrier Corporation to purchase a 130-ton air cooled chiller\nnecessary for the construction of the South Gate Park Sports Center HVAC Project, City Project\nNo. 712-PRK, in an amount not to exceed $155,939; and\nb.
