6. Amendment No. 4 to Contract No. 2021-70-CC with HF&H Consultants for Solid Waste\nManagement Services\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Amendment No.4 to Contract No. 2021-70-CC with HF&H Consultants, LLC., to\nextend the contract term through December 31, 2023, to provide solid waste management\nservices, in an amount not-to-exceed $50,000;\nb. Authorizing the appropriation of $50,000 from the Refuse Fund balance to Account Number\n413-733-51-6101 as necessary to fund transition and solid waste management expenditures; and\nc.
