SIERRA MADRE BOULEVARD TO RETROFIT\nFOR THE NEW POLICE DEPARTMENT\nIt is recommended that the City Council award a professional services contract to Dunbar\nArchitecture to proceed with the feasibility study of 350 W. Sierra Madre Blvd., to retrofit\nfor a new police department, in the amount of $47,595, and allocate another $30,000 for\nservices outside the Architect’s scope.
