Utility Improvements at Garfield Ave., Century Blvd., and Center\nSt.\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving an Agreement with KOA Corporation for construction monitoring and inspection\nservices for the water utility improvements being constructed by the Golden State Water\nCompany, in an amount not-to-exceed $83,700 retroactively effective to May 24, 2023; and\nb.
