21. 23-0855 Recommendation to adopt Specification No. RFP LS-22-111 and award a\ncontract to Innovative Interfaces Inc., of Emeryville, CA, for Discovery\nLayer services, in a total annual amount not to exceed $63,129, for a\nperiod of five years, with the option to renew for two additional five-year\nperiods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and, authorize City\nManager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into\nthe contract, including any necessary subsequent amendments.\n(Citywide)\nOffice or Department: LIBRARY SERVICES\nSuggested Action: Approve recommendation.
