Discussion and Direction Regarding Boards, Commission, and Committee Appointments\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council:\n1) Receive the applications for appointment received by the City,\n2) Advise staff on how to proceed with applications received after posting of this agenda and to\nwhich a Councilmember may wish to nominate,\n3) Discuss the process for the City Clerk to compile the individual City Council nominations for\nappointment consideration at the August 22, 2023 Council Meeting, and\n4) Direct City staff to proceed with agendizing formal appointment action during the August 22,\n2023 City Council Meeting.\nCITY REPORTS
