35. 23-0866 Recommendation to authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all\ndocuments necessary to amend Contract No. 34467 with AECOM\nTechnical Services, Inc., of Long Beach, CA, for groundwater monitoring\nand reporting at former City of Long Beach (City) fuel sites 7 and 17, and\nto monitor and maintain the landfill gas control system at Davenport Park,\nto increase the contract amount by $1,333,715, for a revised total contract\namount not to exceed $3,844,253, and extend the term of the contract to\nSeptember 30, 2026; and\nIncrease appropriation in the Fleet Services Fund Group in the Financial\nManagement Department by $334,572, offset by funds available generated\nby revenue collected from user departments through the Fleet\nMemorandum of Understanding (MOU).
