6. Contract Amendment for Upgrade HVAC Hardware Controllers &\nSoftware at the Public Safety Center\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Determines that the project is exempt under section 15301(c) of\nthe California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines; and\n2. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, to increase the contract for the\nUpgrade HVAC Hardware Controllers & Software at the Public\nSafety Center (PSC) contract in the not-to-exceed amount of\n$17,012.10.
