A. 2024 Session Special Use Permit (SUP) for Yoga Classes in the\nCathedral City Community Amphitheater funded through the Parks and\nCommunity Events Commission Events Budget\nRecommendation: To approve a Special Use Permit for the 2024 Session of the\nweekly yoga event in the Cathedral City Community\nAmphitheater (Amphitheater) as supported by the Parks and\nCommunity Events Commission (PACE); and, approve\nfunding from the PACE Events budget of $3,150 for the\ninstructors, incidentals and video of the event; and waive all\nSUP Application fees and Amphitheater rental charges.
