Ramon Road Bridge and Street Widening Project: Approval of\nEasement and Assignment and Assumption of Easement Agreement\nwith the Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD) for CVWD access to\nWhitewater River Channel\nRecommendation: To approve an agreement with the Coachella Valley Water\nDistrict (CVWD) to grant CVWD an access easement over a\nCity-owned parcel; and, to assign an existing access\neasement to CVWD, to be used by CVWD for its\nmaintenance access to the Whitewater River Channel; and,\nauthorize its execution by the Mayor and City Clerk,\nrequired to replace an existing access which will be lost\nwhen the Ramon Bridge is widened.

Lin\nInternational for the Ofelia Bringas Memorial Bridge Project\n(aka Cathedral Canyon Drive Bridge over Whitewater River\nProject) extending the term of the agreement to one (1)\nadditional year and increasing the compensation of the\nagreement in the amount not to exceed $14,981.53 due to\nan increase in the scope of work; and authorize the City\nManager to execute Amendment No. 2.
