H. Ramon Road Bridge and Street Widening Project: Approval of\nEasement and Assignment and Assumption of Easement Agreement\nwith the Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD) for CVWD access to\nWhitewater River Channel\nRecommendation: To approve an agreement with the Coachella Valley Water\nDistrict (CVWD) to grant CVWD an access easement over a\nCity-owned parcel; and, to assign an existing access\neasement to CVWD, to be used by CVWD for its\nmaintenance access to the Whitewater River Channel; and,\nauthorize its execution by the Mayor and City Clerk,\nrequired to replace an existing access which will be lost\nwhen the Ramon Bridge is widened.
