3.1 AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT – GENERAL PLAN AND\nMUNICIPAL CODE UPDATES; DISCUSSION REGARDING THE COMPOSITION\nOF THE GENERAL PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE (GPAC)\nStaff recommendation: Engage in a discussion regarding the composition of the GPAC and\nprovide direction to staff as appropriate; adopt a resolution that will award a professional\nservices agreement to Mintier Harnish for updates to the General Plan and Municipal Code in\nan amount not to exceed $1,542,719 and authorize the City Manager to execute all contract\ndocuments in a form approved by the City Attorney.
