Approving Addendum No. 1 to Resolution 2021-66-CC relating to the Transfer Agreement\nNo. 2021RPLLAR05 between the City and the Los Angeles County Flood Control District\nfor the Safe, Clean Water Program - Regional Fund Program ("Transfer Agreement") to\nreceive the Fiscal Year 2022/23 funding allocation of $2.2 Million awarded for the Urban\nOrchard Project;\nb. Appropriating the $2.2 Million in Measure W Funds to be transferred to the Urban Orchard\nProject and authorizing the Director of Administrative Services to make any budget\nadjustments needed to carry out this recommended action\nc.
