13. City Council: Approval of Amendment 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with KTU&A, in the\namount of $577,763, for a total compensation not to exceed $1,010,118 to complete a Project\nStudy Report, restroom design services, café design services, two public workshops and park\ndesign services for the Buccaneer Beach Park Facilities Project; and authorization for the City\nManager to execute the amendment upon receipt of all necessary documents.
